Who we are

This website is a free quote-matching service for boiler installation. We are not a boiler installer. We pass enquiries to one local Gas Safe registered boiler installer.

What we collect

When you use the quote form we collect:

• your name;
• your phone number;
• your email address;
• the postcode of the property;
• the type of boiler installation you are interested in;
• when you would like to start;
• your answers to the two consent boxes, and the date and time you sent the form.

We do not ask for payment details, and we do not need any other information about you.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one purpose: to pass your enquiry to one local boiler installer so they can contact you about a quote. We also keep a record of what happened to your enquiry (for example, that we sent it on) so we can answer your questions about it.

We rely on your consent to share your details. You give it by ticking the box that says you agree to us sharing your details with one local installer. We will not pass on your enquiry without that tick.

Who receives it

• One boiler installer, and only with your consent. We do not send your enquiry to several firms, and we do not sell your details or add you to a marketing list. You can ask us at any time which installer received your enquiry.
• Our service providers, who host this website and store and send enquiries on our behalf: [TO BE COMPLETED BY OWNER: list providers].

Once the installer has your details, they handle them under their own privacy notice.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for 12 months from the date you send it, then delete it [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER]. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.

Your rights, including deletion

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not undo a referral we have already made, but we will tell the installer you have withdrawn it and delete your details from our records.

To ask for deletion, contact us at the privacy contact above. You can ask in writing or verbally. The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) calls this the "right to erasure" and says an organisation normally has one calendar month to respond ^[S1].

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the ICO ^[S2].

Changes to this notice

If we change how we use your details, we will update this page.
